Wait. Gen z can’t achieve the American dream of home ownership any time soon, millennials are facing their middle age crisis zone ,gen x are nearing retirement and here I am going on 77 and doing a daily radio style vanity project for shits and giggles with a couple holes in my head, a refurbished heart , a slew of non factory parts and an audience that leaks listeners daily. Not a picture I might have painted in my wildest guesstimating. Still, y’gotta have a hobby and you gotta keep walkin’.
